Are you an HOIV member?
Members sign in with Discord — your report carries your name, you get the room picker, and staff can reach you directly. Visitors and neighbors can report without an account.
Facility problem
Something broken, dirty or unsafe in the building — snap a photo, we take it from there.
Complaint
Noise, behavior, or anything else bothering you — neighbors welcome too.
Security concern
Suspicious activity, unlocked doors, safety hazards. Non-emergency only.
